Rainbow Resort has beautiful spacious child friendly grounds with 500 acres and 1 mile of lakeshore, bordering two lakes and a scenic river. The surrounding forest land has an abundance of wildlife. Near the Headwaters of the Mississippi River at Itasca State Park and on the northern boundary of Tamarac Wildlife Refuge

We specialize in family getaways & family reunions and all types of vacation fun or relaxation. Our Vacation Homes and Cabins are within 50' to 120' from the lake on level ground, 3 are wheelchair accessible, all with lovely lake views. Each unit has a deck, grill and picnic table. Each cabin comes with dock space & individual campfire ring., 8 of the units have A/C for your comfort. We are the only resort on Little Bemidji Lake, with access to Johnny Cake and Elbow Lakes to make over 1600 acres of fishing or enjoying nature, swim, boat, canoe or kayak, paddle boarding whether you choose a family vacation or fishing or hiking one thing in common is the ability to personally recharge and connect to this peaceful natural setting.
