About Us
Retail Store and Gallery Showcasing artwork by emerging and mid-career artists of all backgrounds, experience and all abilities. An extension of the Hubbard County Developmental Achievement Center Fine Arts Studio.
The Tin Ceiling was created to provide a therapeutic work environment for people who suffer from mental illness. It allows adults opportunities to experience work benefits with a sense of accomplishment, a sense of pride, a work environment where mental illness is NOT a barrier to success. You will also find specially made pieces by some of our talented employees!
