Giiwedinong Museum presents the Annual Fall Feast Dinner with the renowned Ethan Denny-Broker, Chef de Cuisine of 'OWAMNI,' by the Sioux Chef.
You are cordially invited to attend a remarkable dinner showcasing an exquisite Anishinaabe feast, prepared by the esteemed Chef Ethan Denny-Broker, Chef de Cuisine of 'OWAMNI,' by the Sioux Chef, sponsored by the Giiwedinong Museum.
Meet your Chef, Ethan Denny-Broker, Chef de Cuisine, Owamni.
Ethan’s culinary journey has been as diverse as his background. He is an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and his mom is Turkish/Finnish.
He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and has honed his skills at an eclectic mix of restaurants, from upscale steakhouses to vibrant Turkish, Latin American and innovative soul food kitchens.
He's been a key figure at Owamni for more than two years, where he is now Chef de Cuisine. At Owamni he has learned new recipes and has put his own stamp on things by creating menu items of his own.
Ethan is starting his own personal/private chef business called Ethan The Chef!
