Servers/Bartenders at Jack Pines Cookhouse

As a Server/Bartender at Jack Pines Cookhouse, you will be the face of our establishment, providing top-notch service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable dining and drinking experience by offering friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink selections to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies during the preparation and serving of beverages and food.
• Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, even during high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
