Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Enlightenment Psychiatry in Park Rapids, MN. In this role, you will provide direct support to four psychiatric providers, ensuring smooth clinical operations. Additionally, this position includes responsibilities for proactive management and marketing support for a virtual empowerment program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care and assist with medication prior authorizations
- Conduct health assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
- Support providers with clinical tasks, scheduling, and patient follow-ups
- Actively participate in marketing efforts, including social media engagement, for our virtual empowerment program
- Demonstrate leadership in organizing and promoting growth strategies
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and health assessments
- Experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and patience in patient interactions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- IV skills are a plus
