Megan Meyers joins Essentia Health-Park Rapids Clinic to practice family medicine

The Essentia Health-Park Rapids Clinic is excited to welcome Megan Meyers, a certified physician assistant who will practice family medicine.

“I was drawn to Essentia Health because of its dedication to delivering quality patient care and the emphasis placed on serving rural and underserved communities,” explained Meyers, a native of Glyndon, Minnesota. “I enjoyed my clinical rotations at Essentia’s clinic in International Falls and gained valuable insight into the unique challenges and rewards of rural medicine. I was inspired and deeply moved by the genuine connections displayed among Essentia’s staff and community members.”

Meyers received her education from Bethel University in Saint Paul. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“Through my family medicine rotations, I discovered a passion for disease prevention, managing chronic conditions and building long-term relationships with patients across their lifespan,” said Meyers. “I enjoy sitting down with patients, forming meaningful connections and taking the time to understand them as individuals beyond their diagnoses.”

To schedule an appointment with Meyers, please call (218) 732-2800. To see her full profile, visit EssentiaHealth.org and click on “Find a Doctor.”
