Park Rapids Lions Club

About Us

The PR Lions Club was chartered in 1954 as a member of Lions Clubs International and has been a very active and community oriented organization since. As the charter indicates, the major thrust of the Lions is vision and diabetes and our fund raising efforts benefit those programs. Our major programs are the Minnesota Lions Eye Bank, Lions Children's Hearing Foundation, Leader Dogs for the Blind, Hearing & Service Dogs of Minnesota, Diabetes awareness and education, youth outreach, youth exchange and Project New Hope [returning veteran's retreats].
